LucrumBot is a software service provider, not a broker. We do not charge any commissions. Your broker's fee structure remains applicable to all trades executed through our platform. How does LucrumBot make money?
We generate revenue through recurring subscriptions to our platform and software. We do not earn commissions from order flow or trading volume.
Do you support traders from Canada?
No, currently there are no broker integrations available for Canadian traders. However, you can still use LucrumBot for backtesting, discovering new trade ideas, and paper trading options strategies. Additionally, you can receive email notifications to alert you about trades that you can place manually.
Is autotrading available for non-US traders?
Yes! Non-US traders can fully benefit from our platform through one of our supported brokerage integrations. With our partnerships, we support traders in over 120 countries worldwide. Check out the full list of supported countries for more details.
Can I trade in an IRA with LucrumBot?
Yes, you can connect your LucrumBot account to an integrated broker's IRA account. Please note that any restrictions set by your broker will still apply.
Is LucrumBot Registered Investment Advisor (RIA)?

For a seamless experience, we recommend using your checking account and routing numbers as your primary billing method. This helps prevent interruptions in trading caused by expired, lost, stolen, or compromised credit/debit cards.
What happens to my bots if my credit/debit card expires?
We recommend using your checking account and routing numbers as the primary billing method to prevent disruptions caused by expired, lost, stolen, or compromised credit/debit cards. If you prefer to use a credit/debit card, we will help you keep your payment information up-to-date to ensure uninterrupted service. You will receive email notifications if your card expires or if there is a payment issue, and you can securely update your card details within your billing profile. During this period, your account will remain active, but you won’t be able to create or modify bots. If you don't update your payment information within 30 days, your account will be canceled and deactivated.
How do I change my payment method later?
To update your payment method, log into your account profile. You can modify or update your checking account or credit card details at any time.
What forms of payment can I use?
We offer a variety of payment options, including Checking Account, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Do you store my billing info?

Do I need to download anything?

What is a Bot?

Who controls the bots?
Absolutely. You have full control over every aspect, and nothing will operate without your explicit permission. You configure the bot’s actions through custom automations, specifying when, where, and what it will do. You can set automations to run continuously, on a set schedule, or manually with a single click. Simply define what to look for and what trades to execute. Plus, you can intervene at any time to pause, close, or adjust trades as needed.
Do I need to be logged in for my bots to work?
No, LucrumBot is a cloud-based platform, so you don’t need to be logged in to your account continuously.
Can the bots manage adjustments?
Yes, you need to set the adjustment criteria within the automation so the bot knows what to monitor and what actions to take. For instance, you can configure it to automatically close all bots once your daily profit target is reached.
Can I see a bot’s performance history?
Quantifying a bot's past performance objectively is challenging due to its customizable nature. Traders can adjust automations, settings, and allocations, toggle bots on and off, manually override positions, and more, making it difficult to provide a precise performance history.
Can I paper trade my bots first?
Absolutely! We highly recommend starting with paper trading to test your bots. Our platform features a proprietary paper trading system that uses live data, unlike the often delayed data from brokers. This allows you to fully evaluate LucrumBot’s performance with real market data, even without connecting to a brokerage account.
Can I backtest a bot?

Can I see bot activity in my broker’s platform?

Is LucrumBot a broker?
No, we are a software service provider that integrates with your brokerage through APIs, allowing you to manage your trades. Your funds remain with trusted, established institutions, and we only submit orders to your broker based on your instructions.
What brokers are integrated for autotrading?
TradeStation, Tradier, and Charles Schwab are fully integrated and supported brokers. If you'd like access to a different broker, please request an integration via the links on our Broker Integrations page. We will keep you updated with announcements about new brokerage partnerships as they are established.
Can I connect to more than one brokerage account?
Absolutely! Visit our Broker Integrations page for a list of compatible and approved brokers. You can connect multiple brokers, including sub-accounts at the same brokerage, all from a single LucrumBot account.
What if my broker isn't supported yet?
Contact your broker via call, email, tweet, or message to request an integration! If you want to see support for a specific broker, your help in encouraging them to integrate with us is invaluable. Many brokers we wish to connect with either lack a public API or have outdated technology that doesn’t support autotrading. Our goal is to expand our broker network, and your efforts can speed up this process. Please submit your integration requests through the links on the Broker Integrations page. We’ll keep you updated with announcements of new brokerage partnerships as they are finalized.
How many brokerage accounts can my bots access?
You can connect your LucrumBot account to as many compatible brokers as you wish. Each broker supports one API connection, allowing one login per broker. If you want to use multiple sub-accounts with the same broker, they must be linked under a single login. Please contact your broker for details on how to link sub-accounts.
Can I still open and close positions with my broker?
Absolutely. You can continue to open and close positions using your broker's app.
Can I autotrade stocks, options, and futures?
Yes, LucrumBot supports autotrading for stocks and options. Please note that futures are not available for autotrading.

Does the platform run on live data feeds?
